Super views of balloons and mountains, unique rooftop experience, adequate parking spots
The bidet toilet was not functioning properly!!! Black sanitary ware raised hygiene concerns!!! The side road leading to the hotel was in poor condition!!! No elevator made accessing upper floors cumbersome!!!

I would have expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. Instead, just treated as any other guest—how disappointing.

missingWrote a review on Aug 14wifi issues
Wifi connectivity was patchy, making it tough to stay connected. There were noticeable noise issues from room doors and stairs, which could disrupt light sleepers. Location required a good 15-minute walk to the city center, and the room cleaning was basic—no thorough scrubbing or sheet changes during our week-long stay.

I loved how spacious the room was and the little touches that made my stay feel special, like the delicious breakfast and the beautiful view of the balloons from the terrace. I really enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace and unwinding at the pool, soaking up the good vibes. The WiFi could be a bit patchy, but it didn't dampen my overall experience. 👍

Just a nice choice for a short stay in Goreme with great value. The staff was helpful in arranging local tours which made our trip easier. Be cautious of the strays in the area when exploring nearby.
